By downloading, installing, or using WeightPal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Trial Period

  • New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of WeightPal Premium
  • No charges will be made during the trial period
  • Trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

2.2 Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plan: $2.99 USD per month
  • Annual Plan: $30.00 USD per year
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

2.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • The renewal cost will be the same as your original subscription unless otherwise notified

2.4 Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store/Play Store account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others

3.2 Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • You will not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

4. App Features and Content

4.1 Premium Features

  • Weight tracking and analytics
  • Sleep monitoring
  • Stress management tools
  • Food and exercise logging
  • Leaderboard access
  • Personalized wellness tips
  • YouTube fitness content access
  • Complete data history
  • Priority support

4.2 Content Usage

  • All content provided through the App is for personal, non-commercial use only
  • You may not redistribute or sell any content from the App
